- Prompt confirmation of the patient’s eligibility and Medicaid number and to notify said patient while on the phone. We do the real-time radio dispatch for faster pick-ups/drop-offs without delays.
- Unlike other companies, we provide various language services. Most our drivers can speak Mandarin/Cantonese, Korean, English. Accommodating the linguistic needs of our clients is important especially for the aged patients because they feel much better as they communicate in their own tongue. This also helps in creating a more comfortable environment.
- Dedicated services. Our drivers are trained and understand how the patients feel before and after the medical treatments. When the patients need early morning services (i.e. dialysis, radiotherapy, cancer treatment), they’re already there.
